Downtime - 03.14.2009

As many of you probably realized... the GraverLive stream has been down. This was due to a move from the Detroit area to the Tampa area. We also switched our hosting provider and this took some time to get everything moved over and setup. Everything is back up now.

Halloween with DJ KaMhet - 10.31.2008

7pm - 9pm Pacific Time Zone
10pm - 12am Eastern Time Zone
3am - 5am Central European Time

DJ KaMhet rocks it with a unique blend of EBM, Industrial and Rock. Some of his music is familiar favorites that you may have heard before right here on GraverLive but he has his own twists and turns that will keep you wanting more. He definatly knows his music and we will be offering a new twist with live requests.

We can not Guarantee that every request can be played for multiple reasons. First, this is first come first serve. KaMhet's set will only be for two hours and that means there is only so much time for requests. Second, we may not have the song you want. This happens from time to time. We will be keeping track of all requests however and listening for new music to add to our rotation. So don't be afraid to let us know what you want to hear.

Graverlive and industrial neko - 10.12.2008

It's official, GraverLive and Industrial Neko / Industrial Misfits have teamed up to bring you more. More of what? More DJs, more music, a larger team to keep Graver going day to day and a club in second life. Genres include Industrial, EBM, Darkwave, Drum and Bass, Hardcore, Rock Alternative and Psy Trance.

Founded by Simple Rotaru and Tashy Aeon, the club is designed and dedicated for those who love music and a good time. We have a drama free policy and hope that all those who come will enjoy themselves.

Downtime - 9.26.2008

The stream was down for approximatly 2 hours today because of technical issues. As many of you know, this happens from time to time. We try to keep it as minimal as possible but sometimes it is completely out of our control. son this always seems to happen while I am asleep and today was no exception. We hold all of our radio settings and playlist schedules in a SQL Sever database and today SQL Server decided to eat up all of the available RAM on the server and bring everything to a halt.

Considering the server has been running non-stop for almost 6 months now this is not entirely surprising. However, two hours of downtime is not acceptable.

Over the next few weeks we will be implementing a maintenance schedule to minimize the amount of unexpected downtime. Due to the nature of computers we can not know all of the possible problems that we will run across but we will be continuing to add new items to our maintenance plan as we come across them so that we can give you the best possible service.

The GraverLive team would like to thank you for sticking with us as we have grown. It has not always been easy and we know downtime is annoying at best. Check back for more updates.
